Cancellation Policy
Please note that the cancellation policy for 1:1 and couples sessions is different from all group classes. For all 1:1 and couples sessions you have up to 24 hours to cancel without losing your session credit. If a 1:1 or couples session is cancelled within 24 hours of the session you will lose the session credit. You will be able to cancel up to 2 hours before any group session without losing your credit. If you are on the waitlist for a class you will be notified when a spot opens and be given 15 minutes to book the class before the spot is offered to the next person on the waitlist. SPECIALTY CLASSES: Please note that no refunds will be given once you have purchased a specialty class. No makeup sessions will be offered for sessions missed. This applies to Youth Strength Training Intro and PostNatal Classes that are purchased as a package for set dates and times.
