PG Strength Club offers on-site yoga classes for work retreats, workshops and events as well as gym introductions and workout planning for your workplace gym! Learn how to use your gym equipment safely and how to put together an effective workout for the time, space and goals that each member of your team might have!
Yoga’s popularity makes it a great addition to work events! Whether you are looking to energize your team with an active morning yoga flow or wind the team down after a busy day with a more restorative practice, PG Strength Club has your needs covered!
PG Strength Club has been weaving yoga techniques into their strength training approach from the beginning. Understanding the importance of this beautiful and ancient practice brings so much value to the other ways that we move our bodies whether it’s running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights and beyond! Laura, the founder and head trainer at PGSC, has a 200hr YTT from Yoga Union in Bali, Indonesia. With over 15 years of yoga practice and 10 years of (occasionally competitive) weightlifting, Laura enjoys sharing the techniques of movement that both challenge the body and the mind. Classes can be tailored for beginners or those with more yoga experience. Classes can also be tailored to be challenging, energizing and strength building (even if you are a beginner) or a slower, more restorative and relaxing practice in general.
